A regional operator of Spine and Pain centers was increasingly overwhelmed by the challenge of delivering encounter notes, status updates, and record requests to patients and their care team.

On a typical day, their team was fielding nearly 100 outside requests for records and delivering notes from more than 1,000 encounters.
